Unlock Code Help
The following instructions apply if:
• If you paid for and received your unlock code and it didn't work, OR
• If you paid for an unlock code but didn't receive it.
FIRST - advise us that you have a problem and email us your User ID number:
1. Ensure that connected to the internet.
2. Ensure that Google® Earth is installed correctly then close it.
3. Start the FlightAce® Country Airstrip Guide Australia Online software.
Please ensure that your user name and email address are typed in correctly. Leave the 'Unlock Code' field blank .
4. Email your User ID Number to productsupport@flightace.com advising of the problem.
Wait for email reply from Product Support and then continue:
SECOND - receive your unlock code from the "success" website:
5. Click 'Special Offers' from the 'File' menu. You will be prompted to enter an offer code.
Your offer code will be sent to you in the email from Product Support.
6. Enter your offer code and click OK.
7. Your web browser should now load and page http://www.flightace.com.success.htm should be displayed.
Please be patient. It may take a minute or two to load, depending on the speed of your computer and internet connection.
If it has not loaded after two minutes, press "Alt" and "Tab" keys simultaneously to see if it is in the background.
This is what you should see:
Click on the 'Get unlock code' button.
Make a note of your unlock code on a piece of paper.
Close the web browser.
THIRD - enter your unlock code, which will register your software.
8. Ensure that you User Name an Email Address are entered. Type the unlock code into the Unlock Code field:
Your software should now be registered. Click 'View Airstrips' to continue.
If all worked OK - please email productsupport@flightace.com and advise that you have registered successfully.
If no joy - repeat points 5 through 9. If still no joy - please repeat the entire process including emailing us your User ID again.
