Ghosted hard drive
Hello,
I recently upgraded to a larger hard drive. My old hard drive was ghosted and copied to the new hard drive.
When I started the Country Airstrip Guide On Line, it popped up a message saying that I had been de-registered.
Why was I deregistered? How do I get registered again?
Cheers

1 Comments:
The licence fee for the Country Airstrip Guide On Line is per computer.
This effectively means the license is per hard drive - the software uses the alphanumeric ID of the hard drive during the registation process.
When you run the software on a new hard drive, the software will return to the unregistered state.
TO FIX THE PROBLEM:
1. Go to the Windows control panel and uninstall the Airstrip Guide software.
2. Install the latest version from website http://www.flightace.com/airstripsonline4.htm/.
3. Start the Country Airstrip Guide On Line software and make a note of the new User ID alphanumeric.
4. Email productsupport@flightace.com advising the new User ID and requesting a new unlock code.
