Links in information window not working

The Country Airstrip Guide software loads correctly, all the airstrips are visible on the satellite map. However, when I open an information window for one of the airstrips, the links at the bottom of the window do not seem to work.
For example, if I click the link for "First and last light", the program momentarily freezes and the first and last light tables do not load.
How can I fix this problem?

The Microsoft Office 2003 Web Components need to be installed or reinstalled.
Close the Country Airstrip Guide software and then open the Windows Control Panel and if installed, UNINSTALL the Microsoft Office 2003 Web Components.
Then go to website http://www.flightace.com/airstripsonline4.htm and click on the link to install the Microsoft Office 2003 Web Components.
After successful install, restart the Country Airstrip Guide Online software.
