Error message - Airstrip data was not available
Hello,
I have just installed the Country Airstrip Guide On Line.
I am getting an error message as the program starts up - "Airstrip data was not available or could not be located. If this message persists, please contact productsupport@flightace.com."
If I cancel this error message twice it disappears. Then only the blue strips load, the green airstrips and the magenta strips will not load, but I can see the red airstrips and the white airstrips when I tick the appropriate check box.
How can I fix this problem?

Close the Country Airstrip Guide software.
Go to the Windows Control Panel and uninstall the Google Earth Plug In.
Then go to website http://code.google.com/apis/earth/. Follow the prompts to install the Google Earth Plug in. After successful install, close your web browser and start the Country Airstrip Guide On Line.
The problem should be rectified.
