Upgrade caused deregistration
Hello, I upgraded to the latest version. When I restarted the software, I was informed that I had been deregistered. My registration has not expired, so why has this occurred? How do I get registered again?

This has occurred a couple of times and we know it is very annoying. Unfortunately the problem is still unresolved, we have not been able to isolate the cause.
To register your software, you will need a new unlock code, your original one will have expired.
You have two options:
1. Email your User ID to productsupport@flightace.com and we will email the unlock code back to you.
2. If you require your unlock code without delay, click the "Buy Unlock Code" link as if you were buying a subscription for the first time using PayPal. When you enter your credit card details, put a brief note in the "message" field explaining what has occurred. You will receive your unlock code immediately and we will prorata refund your credit card.
